Mission Statement
OUR GOAL IS THREE-FOLD:
1. Provide needed coaching, management and administrative services to the health care industry.
Newman Consulting Services, LLC, is devoted to providing needed coaching, administrative and management services to the health industry. Physicians are busy handling the challenges pertaining to patient care and have very little, if any, time and energy to focus on the business and management side of their practice.
Our mission is to develop effective and mutually beneficial working partnerships with our clients. Our goal is to ensure our clients achieve their goals by providing the best consulting services available.
2. Provide a quality educational program to those persons who have been unable to experience college-level learning for various reasons and providing the opportunity to secure suitable long term employment in Hawaii.
Our mission is to connect students to career success and opportunity by providing quality educational training and support services in a safe environment and in an atmosphere of respect, trust, understanding and communication.
3. Provide employers in Hawaii with a pool of trained individuals to support their workforce needs.
We are committed to providing Hawaii employers with employees who have a positive attitude, a high level of reliability and dependability and the skills needed to do an excellent job.

Our staff will identify and refer applicants that meet your specifications at no cost to you. We advertise internship, vacancies and new positions at our training center at no charge. Our complimentary job placement services include job posting, pre-screening candidates and coordinating on-site interview.
